Is Great Domains responding to you?

Is www.GreatDomains.com still messed up lately? It just seems like they still aren't responding to names I have submitted for listing. I am not even getting the dreaded "Dear Domain" rejection letter. LOL.
I had four domains to be listed about a month ago. I contacted a "Mary", said she never recieved the fax. Well, since I have had 20 or so names listed, and faxed everything the same as I always do, it makes me wonder. So, I refaxed the info a few days before their latest listing. Nothing.

I submitted a few names for listing 3 or 4 days ago. Usually, they respond in a day or two, at least with the "Dear Domain" rejection letter. Again, nothing. At least with the letter, you knew they weren't interested. This way, with nothing, you really don't know what is going on.

I read on here where someone got a domain "a few hours ago", and www.GreatDomains.com had already accepted it??? How was that possiible?? Am I mssing something here??

Anyway, are they responding to you, and in a timely manner??

My last three emails to them over the past 2 months were answered within 24 to 48 hours. It was about getting one of my domains removed from their list. However, getting a response and getting action seem to be two different things with greatdomains. While they responded with "we'll take care of it by next week" each time, "next week" has now transmogrified to two months, and my domain is still listed. :td:

I've had my problems with them but they've responded to all of the 50+ domain listing requests I put in, usually with their standard rejection email. FYI: sometimes they can take up to a week to respond.

I guess that's what I'm getting at. They always responded pretty quick. Just like you guys say, within a day or two. But, in the past month or so, it doesn't seem like they are responding. what gives? Is my email messed up?

I know it's been slow over he holidays.
I had a second name accepted around Xmas, and it took until January 4 to actually get posted on their site.

I have submitted others, and the response time has been at LEAST a week lately.

If they sell one of my listings, all will be forgiven!

Hi Frank ! I have submitted a name last week and so far no news, maybe next week. It is now more than a month I have requested to remove a name as Afternic wants it for their ShowCase, week after week GDomains answers they will do the week after.... You can see that even the update of their main page has been hectic over the last months... c'est la merde lol ! :hehe:

they sometimes don't respond in the time frame they specify. Last time i got a reply in 2 hours, another time 1 week.

Submitted 5 domains to GD yesterday. Got one accepted (my first ever accepted there) but no decline messages yet for the other four.

I just got a positive reply from them for VideoSlots.tv. I have also got an email confirming that, as per my request, one of my premium name will be definitely removed from their listing as of tomorrow. So good news at least !

Yup. The domain is corrective dot com.

For the other 4 domains, I just got 4 separate decline emails. And a couple of them were, in my opinion, better than the one they accepted. Oh well.
