Is GoDaddy having problems?

I am trying to unlock a domain name and every time I get this:

We're having difficulty processing your request.
An error occurred. No updates were made.

I asked a friend to try it out and he is getting the same thing... Anyone know what is going on?

Godaddy has been having intermittent problems for months now. I have dealt with frozen interfaces, messed up spreadsheet downloads and much more.

I have been hoping they will finally get their act together, but it is still just as screwed up as it was a few months ago when I first started noticing problems.
