GoDaddy - Account Changes

Have just gone to do a number of accepts of account changes and am getting an error:

An unhandled error occurred. Please contact technical support.

No updates were made.

Have reported it to support and am waiting on a response.

These are the first account changes I've done since the new interface has arrived, but that may just be co-incidence. I've never really had a problem before in all the years I've been using them & was wondering if anyone else was having similar problems.

If posted in the wrong place pls feel free to move.

Im willing to bet your right. Most likely has to do with the new interface and bugs they are experiencing. If youve called them, chances are they took it to ATS (advanced tech support reps) and they are escalating it to the developers... I would imagine theyll fix it within 24 hours, getting really good at it.

Nothing much to report as yet.

Their support's preliminary response was that it was probably a browser problem. I've been back to tell them it happens in 3 different browsers (IE, FireFox & Opera) and no response to that as yet. Will keep you posted.
