Is Epik-chat down?

Epik chat down for me today, ..but maybe it is just me.
Our new internet has a strong filter, and this might be the reason.
Does anyone else experience the same thing?

I praised Epik for having the best customer service,
but not at the moment. Others also have good customer service
via chat but they were not always available. Epik was always available.

If this is not about my internet, they need to find another customer service provider.
