.IS domains without Icelandic presence

Is there any way to get an .IS domain without living in Iceland?

I know, I could ask an Icelandic person to serve as registrant, but I rather legally own my domains myself. So I'd be more up for a registrar that could provide me an Icelandic address so that I can be legal owner.

Also, what is the minimum price for an .IS domain?

The only way I can think of you getting your hands on an icelandic domain is if the Registrar owns the domain, so you like rent it off of them kinda
