There are parts that are true and parts that are simply untrue. The things you posted that were not true makes you libel.
Care to tell us which parts were untrue now?
There is definitely another side to this story
Well now looks like a bloody good time for you to tell it.
I have made mistakes no question about it and I plan on staying in front of them.
Looks like your plan has faltered, were any refunds issued today?
The only way anything can be resolved is if people reach out, otherwise it's just noise.
It looks as if reaching out hasn't been too successful for people afterall?
It's easy to post anonymously and make accusations. I have no issues with people coming forward and posting their stories under their real names. If you actually want things resolved though, you need to contact me.
Care to refute the untrue allegations and update us on the progress made towards resolving issues?
Agreed, they already are.
I want to to deal with legitimate claims.
Any update on anything further you have done to deal with the legitimate claims?
There is no playing for time, we can start today.
This was 10 days ago, can you provide an update on any further progress made towards dealing with claims?
This is not a solvency issue.
Great to hear that you can afford to reimburse those that you consider to have legitimate claims, could you disclose which of the claims on page #1 you consider to be legitimate and update us on the progress you have made with refunding them?
To be clear, I want the legitimate issues taken care of right away. There are only a few of those in here at the moment.
Have you considered that it might be in your interest to state clearly which claims you consider to be legitimate, and which ones you don't (with your reasoning), and then update us on the progress made in remedying the claims?
Done and all other legitimate complaints are being dealt with.
Can we assume that you consider all of the currently 'unresolved' claims on page #1 are claims that you don't consider legitimate, and if so do you not think it would be of benefit to your reputation to explain why, on a case by case basis?
People affected can post in this string and it will get resolved. Not sure what else you want.
I thought the only way to get an issue resolved was to email you?
Ok, ask me any question and I will give you an honest answer
Cool. Are there any unresolved claims on page #1 which you consider legitimate, if there are then do you intend to reimburse those people, and if you do then when?
Much different, lessons learnt, I will learn to say no and be 100% truthful.
Are there any complainants on post #1 of this thread that you have promised to refund by this Friday, and if so, was that truthful? If there are issues which are now resolved it would surely be to your benefit to let us know so that Shane can edit that post?
Just to register my interest -- I have a larger refund due that Adam has promised to resolve this Thursday or Friday. Hopefully, he will honor his word on this and I can put the money into getting my site properly built. I am *very* grateful for Shane's actions in support of those of us in this unfortunate position.
GermanRaven, could you please let us know whether your issue was resolved on Thursday or Friday?
Again, If you still have an issue open, please email me now so we can get all these done by Friday.
Adam, how many issues did you manage to get resolved today?
With that said, Adam has once more agreed to pay me "This Week" So right now I am not saying anything. If I'm not paid with tangible money in my account by Friday the latest. I will speak more and pursue this case even more.
Domainesque, were your issues resolved this week?
Enjoy the day. I've had my fun . Nothing left to see here until more info comes out. Off to go put on a new visor
I know the difference between a "blogger" and a "journalist", and that you are the former, but shouldn't the bloggers/media being asking all of these questions? Is this an admission that all bloggers do is regurgitate things that they read elsewhere on the web. Are you not interested enough to ask these questions? Just waiting for info to come out, instead of seeking it?
Does a high profile domainer / internet entrepreneur promising people refunds and then failing to process them, instead shutting down half of his online businesses, qualify as newsworthy? If not, why not?
