From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

It's an odd approach as a "representative" as you know refer to yourself, Shane. If this was the case from the get go you should have contracted Adam personally as a self-appointed mediator, and not brought it into the forums perhaps?

You really should not be taken aback, and maybe even a little understanding, that given the way you brought this out, and like the Flippa thread, put it to the public like it was dastardly deeds and nobody was safe - that people are now expecting you to follow through.

While you seem to see your own doings here in this matter - you are missing the point that the mob rules. Without the validity of support and attentions here, it's a strong possibility that people are still seeking refunds.

Just to clarify, I think there is one person who bravely contributed a very long and coherent post who still deserves a response, and Adam Dicker has promised that a response will be forthcoming, hence THREAD OPEN.

I'm surprised that Shane Bellone himself has apparently cleared the path for that person to share their story, for the benefit of his thread, and then declared himself "done" without that persons concerns being addressed.
