This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

Updates / Reports
These are in no particular order.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

I don't know about you but when I have issues I don't appoint anyone. I deal with issues I created head on because it is my responsibility to do so.

At this point, the plan is to avoid all the noise in the thread and appoint a neutral arbitrator to deal with people that have real issues so that they can be resolved without delay. The person should be respected by the parties having claims as well as by me.

Feel free to make your suggestions and if we agree on who it is and they have time to do it, we will appoint them.

The goal is NOT to have threads deleted but to deal with real issues.

Feel free to post who you think would be good so we can get to the real issues.

@Adam Dicker
Don't you think that adding "ANOTHER" middle man would only contribute to the ongoing confusion here?
Would it be possible that YOU should address at least some of the claims stated here by several of "accusers"?
Everyone here would appreciate YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY by YOU and not by a middleman.

My candidates would be PugDomains or SirDrago here at NP.
They are pretty neutral people and I have read their post before.

Don't be so silly, I have literally no standing in the domain world and don't want one, it has to be a recognisable name who can be considered impartial and respected.

What about Frank Schilling? Or Eric Lyons?

Why do you not just issue the refunds?
Because despite what you read and think, there are 3 sides to every story and an arbitrator will decide the outcome. Why do you have an issue with an unbiased third party? I don't!

Because it would only equate to more "He said she said"

If someone just issued refunds without an arbitrator there would be people coming out of the woodwork saying they were scammed when they weren't. This is too obvious.

Frank has no time and Eric is a nice guy but he may have a conflict of interest.

Of course you don't if you are playing for time and hoping to distract people.

Agreed, they already are.
I want to to deal with legitimate claims.

I actually think its a good idea in principle. It has to be somebody universally respected though, difficult to think of anybody who isn't emotionally invested in this in some way.

Who would you suggest?

There is no playing for time, we can start today.

How about Shane Cultra, Adam?
He is a nice fellow as far as I know.

Sorry bro but Frank has a vested interest, he just got paid. I'm sure his desire is to continue that trend.

People don't waste your time on this diversionary tactic of appointing someone. A normal business at this point would just issue refunds. Assuming they were solvent.

You are absolutely right. This is 100% a diversionary tactic. Pay your debts like a man!

I haven't been active here on NamePros much but I was on Adam's forum for years under the same username. Sorry to hear that this has happened if substantiated. I've been a full time domainer for years and have always offered help here and on the other forum. I started part time in 2005 and it has grown into a full grown business... if I can do it, you can do it. To the people that have questions, feel free to PM me here or the other forum. You might not receive an immediate reply but you will eventually. ;)

This is not a solvency issue, every business has cash ups and downs, that called running a business. More to come on this when I address the staff issues posted.
