I was kind of joking . . . which in this case wasn't so obvious!


I think the business iparti is out of business bc I cant find anything about them. While the TM may very well still be fully enforceable I certainly have not infringed upon their TM. It seems like a terrible business decision to let an asset go (the domain) with the intent of keeping the other asset (the TM). I think it cost me $12 to buy and then 13 to renew which sucked . . . they could have renewed for half that!
