Bought a new .io domain through sedo last week a NN.io , bit of an investment and gamble but worth a shot in my opinion.

Picked up these two .io domains this morning. Both just expired.

The NNN IO were mostly a bust. No Chinese interest, in spoiler are the sales over $100 and take the sales at park.io with some knowledge that they have a $99 minimum, so those domains that sold for $104-109 meant that there were one-two people interested and more than likely, they were NOT end users

Even really good numbers the return is low. IO is $33 per year and it adds up quickly, so if you are prepared to hold for a few years, the situation might change.
Personally holding four decent numbers, the rest I dropped

And you can see how excited we all were during the NNN buyout - then crickets and many just dropped them a year later

It would be a crap shoot. And an expensive one at that. You'd be waiting/looking for someone to buy this domain name who needs "237" in the domain AND is typically in the technology field (.io).

Maybe someone with an address of 237 or someone or some company that 237 is very meaningful to them and identifiable to their customers. In short, its a tough one.
