I own three premium domains, suitable for country specific job portals - QatarJobs.com, OmanJobs.com & DubaiHire.com
Qatar is one of the richest nations in the world, with one of the biggest known reserves of natural gas and is hosting the FIFA worldcup 2020. Oman is a developing country in the Middle East and rated as one of the best places to visit.
Dubai is Dubai - the dream land for many entrepreneurs and hopefuls. The land of oil and money. The land of the biggest, tallest and the most opulent.
I have lived in the Middle East for quite some time and I know the market.
I'm looking for an investor who can bring in / invest $ 30 - 50 000 in the next 6 months in phases.
The plan is to develop the domains into country specific job portals. There is competition from global and regional players like monster.com, bayt.com, naukrigulf.com and so on, but the potential is immense.
If you do your research you will understand the above domains are valued in the same range (if not more) as the money to be invested. (QatarJobs.qa is listed on Sedo.com for a much higher value).
I'm not looking for any time wasters. I have designed around 50 websites (few sites at http://be.net/nalakath). I currently work as a regional sales head for a leading IT company.
This will be a long term project with the aim of either being sold to a bigger player or acquire other domains and replicate the success.
The money that I make from the project will be used partly for funding my social project - a school for the tribal children in India. (Please see my signature).
