Investor needs developer/partner

Hello,

I have a couple of names that I think could be winners. Not "brandable" names-
dot com names of two words each, that describe exactly what the service is providing.

I will supply the funding!
I have no time at all now, so I really need a developer who has the resoures or
whatever, to start the project and bring it to fruition.
It would be down the middle 50-50 deal on all net profits from the site.

What are the domains you're looking to develop? Drop-shipping sites, affiliate sites, ect?

I am interested to know what kind of funding do you intend to supply? What costs will it cover? What is the role of the developer? (create the website and then?). I am analyzing if it would be beneficial for both since you are talking about 50/50. That would also mean equal sharing of resources. The developer with his skills will develop the website and what will you contribute that will match his skills?
