Investing in .NET: What's your take?

As you guys know, except for the most obscure words in the English language, and but for the tiniest of niches, all one word .com domains are now taken. Not so, however, in case of the .net TLD. On the other hand, it is not too difficult to find two-word .COM names that have over a million search results and also have either at least some search volume or have brandability potential.
That being so, as a general principal and keeping the 3-5 year market in mind, do you consider one-word .NET names to have more resale potential or the two-word .COM names?

Thanks,
Adrian.

Of course it depends on the domain name. I think the one word .net will outgrow the 2 word .com overall, but it's close.

I bought a lot of .NET domains, the resell value is excellent.

Good .net that purchased e.g. king.net, forgive.net, NorthAmerica.net, etc. I sold Answer.net and similar names for 5 high figure.

Hope this help.

There is good opportunities with every extension. You just have to know what is good value and what is overpriced. .net is considered number 2 to .com and so there is great .net opportunities.
