Internet Services experiences slow down

We are all experiencing internet slow down in India and hear that rest of the world is also experiencing the same. Tell me your experience!

Been slower for me in central IL but I think it's just because of the weather... ie dropping over 40 degrees in a day, rain to hail to freezing rain back to hail to snow all within 3-4 hours, iced overnight.

A few fiber optic lines that lay on the ocean floor were cut when a large cargo ship dropped it's anchor. Full story here:
