I need some help to determine if its possiable to open a usa company from outside of the united states.

can anyone clear this out, or give some information regarding this.

You might be able to incorporate here. Look for companies that incorporate, they will give you a US address. Try googling Delaware incorporate and I'm sure you'll find something.
