Nice use of colours! Loving the different shades of green, they work very well.
I am not sure about the font used, the text is too big and the top navigation doesn't stand out enough in my opinion...
Also do not like the SPOTLIGHT bit at the bottom,

whoa man you have to have your meta and title tags at the top of the page!
The boxes look a bit too spaced and not balanced - that is there is a bigger white border right next to "web design" and a smaller one on the left of "consulting".
Your "services" box at the bottom possibly could have a space or underline under it to separate the title from text.
your picture is nice but should the text read "On the ropes? Find out how we can help"?
Your template is inconsistent with the services page - also why the white background colour and different font? The left navigation is obscured by the background picture making the links harder to read. I would keep the colour scheme of the main page in the other pages.
Have you considered putting the title of the page you are on in the title tags?
"about us" is also inconsistent. Website consistency is a good thing to have. It has a title on the top right - where "services" does not. Why do you have a grey box in the "quote" page? Could you not have a dashed border and a white background using CSS to make it look better? The alignment of the quote page in relation to the margin on the left hand side is not the same as the "about" page. Why is the "get a quote" title at the bottom of the page and not a header like the "about" page?
Your contact page is positioned oddly and lacks CSS styling also you have those ghastly solid colour boxes at the bottom. Perhaps formatting them with some CSS and using textures could lighten them up a bit. The content of the page on the "contact" page actually dips down a bit and there is no heading for it - nor a picture.
Your contact form does not have a submit button.
Under the "portfolio" page the header merges with the picture below it. Where is your "home" link other than the title?
Perhaps you could align the copyright center and use this code
instead of "(c)". In fact you could align the whole site center.
I like the pictures you use. Remember consistency.

Looks nice Overall - Needs to be more "centered" and I'm not Very fond of the last Color change within the "Services" area (looks too gray to me as opposed to the Green tints used). The fonts could be a problem as well - But Not that big a factor to me with your layout. Blends pretty well with your images :tu:
