domain Inspired by Donald Trump...

I read that D. Trump is planning to build a 40MEUR resort in Lapland, to be called Lapland Chalets and Condominiums, and generally there is increased interest in Lapland holidays, so I registered a few names to be in sync with these developments:

If your prevy to some information based on this venture and you try and offer those names for sale to the people in question,depending on who registered(trademark vs domain registration) first,you may be cybersquatting,but if you just own the name for keyword satuation that would be fine.Do you know the exact name of the properties that he is developing?

Definition of Cybersquatting:
"According to the U.S. federal law known as the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, cybersquatting is registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name with bad-faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else."

There is no trademark or company by the name of Lapland Chalets or Lapland Resorts, or Ski Lapland. These are generic keyword domains. Like EuropeHotels or NevadaResorts. Also, I'm not intending to actively sell these to Trump, but just trying to catch a trend, a very common domaining practice. I'll develop them and make money from affiliate and ad income. I will sell these if someone wants to buy them for the right price, of course.

In any case, my registering these domains is definitely not cybersquatting, just basic domaining.

To quote my initial post, "Lapland Chalets and Condominiums" was mentioned in the article, but no company or trademark yet exists by that name either. Not a very catchy name anyway if you ask me...
