it looks like a TM issue to me. Sure you added an N to Canon, I am not sure that would protect you. Then combine that with the fact that your site is showing Canon Ink ads.

You might want to do some legal research on this one.

I'd turn it into an affiliate site that sells inks of all sorts and you should be fine.

Especially since "Cannon" is an actual word that isn't trademarked and you could even incorporate ink coming out of a cannon, and even use a catchy slogan like you'll get your ink so fast its like from a cannon or some crap like that :D
