This is one of the kinds of domains that I like to register for informational/minisites. That's the key though. They don't have any value unless they have some sort of development.

The wordtracker (~300) is decent for a hand-regged .info. That's offset though, by the fact that it doesn't appear to be a very highly-valued keyword, as well as the stiff competition that you (or your end user) will have to beat out in Google: some apparent NPOs, some .govs, and a Wikipedia article.

You might be able to flip it to someone who builds minisites for $5. I don't think that it would be very easy to generate interest from an end user due to the relatively low popularity of this term and the domain's TLD.

Even if you were to find an interested party, you may be better off having a minisite with a few bucks flowing in every month than, probably, no more than low $xx one-time on a sale.
