Lots of life in this gtld, yet there is no general .INFO thread. Therefore I am starting one as of now!

Looked at the sales over the last couple months: https://namebio.com/?s=gN2YzN4UzM

3L, 3N, 4N, random one word and large domains are selling across many different auction houses which is a good thing.

I don't really see potential unless you develop into a website for the domains.

Hi @Federer , care to update us about your mini-venture you posted about in april ?

Still around the 5.500.000 registrations....
https://domainpunch.com/tlds/daily.php

We just registered a few days ago close to 1500 .INFOs (mix of LLLL.info/keywords, brands - sample below).
Already received our first inquiry via parked page: OrangeGroup.info

MyWellness.info
Dreamworld.info
smpl.info
SuperCloud.info
ePlace.info
....

I had up to ~$2K .info sales in the past...
But since 2015 - even inquiries are rare...

Advice, please!!
TravelSpain.info - is this a good domain for this website?
Maybe better use some 3-4 words .com?
Will this website generate traffic with .info extension?

Eh, I have had some pretty decent .info's some with commercial search value and they just do not sell , better off saving your money.

Any value in pronounceable LLL.info's?
Have one up for auction since days.

In my opinion: As more non-traditional TLDs come out and gather popularity, which they are and also being ranked more appropriately in search engines, I am fairly certain that the traditional TLDs which weren't as popular will receive a bit of 'legitimacy' bonus + benefit in terms of recognition and usage.

.info is weird, seeing lots of nonsense ones with dashes and numbers sell for $$$ on GoDaddy yet popular one words not getting a look in at the same price or being dropped

Highgrade.info

Thats because info is info in many languages, passes the radio-test well, and such sales probably represent buyers from non-English-speaking countries.

Talking more about English language ones rather than those - just that many nice keywords or phrases seem to get dropped or go for the same prices as the dash/numbers, haven't seen it happening in other major extensions

There are many SEO specialists at GoDaddy...
The domain name itself - doesn't matter at all for them... only SEO parameters matter.
