I will start by saying I am curious what everyone thinks about value here. Both names get a handful of traffic a day and I was able to add the .ORG recently to the the .COM. As many States/Cities adopt the holiday in favor of Columbus Day it may only be a matter of politics before it is a Federal one and in which case the value increases further.

I have received offers obviously and as of late they keep getting bigger and bigger as the holiday takes off across the United States. Just google the term and you will learn about it. I will not disclose the offers I had recently but let's just say they are "healthy" And focused mainly on the .COM with the .ORG being a nice bonus for many reasons.

So any good comps for holiday domains floating around, cannot seem to find much myself.

Looks like you should negotiate and accept it. While an exact match, the name is fairly big when it comes to character count. Whatever be the offer, try offer 2.5x of that and negotiate in between.
Estibot says $110 but I'd say high $$$ or low $$$$ because such names are usually kept as discount days atleast in my country and some brands may want to own such a name.
Look for one more opinion on this one.
