Hello all. What, if any value would you place on HolidayDownload(.)com?

The name could work for any download associated with any holiday. It may work well to feature holiday music, videos, and games. Also, in many parts of the world, a 'holiday' is a vacation.

I think the keywords are decent. Thanks in advance.

The problem I see is that I suppose most people having in mind a download site will prefer a name that doesn't sound limited to just holidays because If someone have in mind a dowloading thing for holidays could just name a page like that and list it/them there, but who knows, just my opinion, I hope you receive more opinion or follow your feelings if you think otherwise

Anyway nohing to lose in trying to sell it and see what you get

The domain isn't that bad, but your idea about it is wrong and limited.
It shouldn't be a site with downloads related to holiday, holiday music, etc.
It should be a keyword brandable name for a download site, like Rapidshare.
It doesn't sound that bad.
