Established Indie movie download site seeks partners or a sale

Greetings, I own a site called HungryFlix.com. The site has enormous potenial as its content is mpeg4 (ipod, psp etc format) independent films, documentaries, etc. We are getting good traffic however sales are slow. We are looking for someone who has the "umph" to help take it to the next level. Is it making the films free, adding ads before them? Lets brainstorm!
