There aren't any that I know of.

A good way to check for any country is to use this URL:

http://inventory.xx.overture.com

And input the extension in place of "xx".

For example

http://inventory.nl.overture.com - Dutch Overture
http://inventory.de.overture.com - German Overture, etc

It doesn't work for .in.

I've tried searching for an Overture-Like tool for India (someone else recently asked this) but I've had to luck.
