How long would it take you to make 30k selling cars? Selling shoes? Selling tee-shirts? Only you can answer that.

One domainer may earn 30k with just a few domains, another may do the same with 1,000 domains. One may do it with 2 hours a day, others may do it full time.

It all boils down to your personal abilities and entrepreneurship.

very easy really. all you have to do is purchase the necessary number of domains which currently yield 30k a year in income. Assuming a 5% yield on value then the domains will cost you approximately 600k in capital costs. I guess it might take you 6 months to put it all together if you are serious.
