What are your thoughts an opinions on

mdquo.com

what type of site does it sound like to you? When I think of quo, I think of status quo. What other ideas come to mind? Also, what monetary potential do you think the domain name holds?

You should put MD into http://acronyms.tfd.com/ and QUO into http://tfd.com and look at all the definitions by clicking on the menu links. See if anything else jumps out at you.

Personally, I think it's only a regfee domain.

Quo seems like Quote or Quotation and well i was bit vague reading the domain name.
For a simple user, i guess it would be hard to determine what the site is about on first go.
Try some domain name suggestion tools and see if you can come up with other names which could be easier to relate to simple user as well as your organisation.

My first thought was Maryland Quotes, which doesn't make much sense. The name gives no SEO benefit and you won't get any direct traffic out of it so it's worthless for a website.

And I agree with stub, it's a reg fee domain name. No offence just my opinion
