Greetings all, I own hdtvreceiver.com, I received an email a few days ago with interest in purchacing my domain. I am told by them that they are a development firm who buy, develop and sell domains/websites. I told them to give me a good offer, they replied and with this "we do not want make a blind offer and be way off the mark. Especially, not knowing current traffic and revenue stats." They want the first numbers coming from me. Please all I need any advise I can get, what amount do you think I should start off with for hdtvreceiver.com. What can I possibly get for this name? I also own hdtvconverter.com, what do you think its worth?

When you have received an offer do not just hesitate to quote an amount little more than what you expect. I am sure they will negotiate. Then come to the price you thought of.

Watch out if they ask you to get an appraisal, because if that's the case then they are probably someone working for an "appraisal company" just trying to get you to order an appraisal.
