I just got into domaining and I am learning the hard way. I just went on a rampage registering everything. I figured that there was $ in what I bought. I have registered all my names within the past week; is there any way I can get a refund if I cancel them? I have read about the 5 day trial but my host doesnt mention anything about refunding domain costs. If I can't delete the domains then what should I do with them? I can't exactly develop all of them so should I park them.
This brings me to another question, how do I make parking lucrative. I have been doing some intensive reading on SEO submission, PR, backlinks and the like but is that the only way in which my domains will be recognized by SE. Should I park all of my domains, there are about 100, or just the ones that have good keywords.
Is the point of domaining to buy and sell domain names or is it to buy, develop and then sell domains.
Can you park a developed site? As you can see I have alot of questions. Also when parking a site should you edit the DNS or edit the destination.
Thanks.

Either you can resell them, park or let it drop for after a year. Your host has nothing to do with all your domains.

You might think the domain you own is a crap but for the other's its a gem. ;)

Take your time to browse some of the informative old threads, I believe all your questions have been discussed before.

And don't forget to read the signature rules.

Thanks bentong, I have been reading through the archived threads as well as many new threads. I have alot to learn but am excited about doing so. The more I learn the more $ i make.
Another question for anyone that wants to answer it:
How do i go about submitting a .com that has a foreign keyword as well as foreign content. Lets say that I own suenos.com (dreams in spanish) would I be better off submitting the site to google.com or google.xx
Also if "suenos.com" is parked at SEDO should I keep the keywords in spanish as well as the language, I cant seem to find an answer to this.
Thanks

These tips will definitely help you out and save you money.
Also, remember that domains must be renewed every year or else it will expire. So try to spread out your purchases so that you won't get overwhelmed when you renew your domains. Cheers.
