Just got an email from domain reseller GDTECHINDIA Domains that they have lowered the price of .in domains to just $3.69

So, how many are going to register a .in at such a low price ?

If anyone has a list of 3 letter LLL.in, can you please let me know ?

Answerable.com is still providing .in at the same price of USD 12.99. I guess they are also from Directi

Thanks

The renewal will be $11 or 12.
The offer is only for first year. Even this used to be $12 earlier.

I found a list of lll.in, but its not new. Anyone having a list which is fresh with available LLL.in ?

I am regging no more than I would if the price were $14 a name. IMO The sale is designed to draw sales and increase customer base.

Register 200 names for $800, only to face a renewal of nearly $3000 in one year...I`d likely regret having regged 180 of the names at renewal time...

Just me...

I only regged one at that price so far, already had 32 that cost me almost $13 a piece to reg months ago. I think that is enough .in for me.

There is a point in what you said, but at the same time, i will prefer to fetch a discount for the current year. If the domain is worth, i will even pay $ 20 as renewal fee. But for the domains which are not good, i will prefer to sell them for $5 or to let them drop. :hehe:

The majority of LLL.in investors are probably either counting on a sell-out within 12 months or resale before the expiration date. I'm not sure LLL.in will ever fetch the type of prices the other domains are getting because most people will be expecting a major drop next year when the its time to renew and won't want to pay much more than reg fee for non-premium letters.

But at $3.69, even a $7.50 sale after the discount ends will still be 100% profit for sellers while providing a 35% discount for buyers. There aren't many things in this world you can sell with similar margins.

Of course abc.in, ace.in, buy.in, etc. will always fetch a nice price, but all premium combos like those were gone long before this sale.
