Kevin Caruso and Project Care.com have launched Rita Info.com in anticipation of the hurricane making landfall on September 24th.
Hurricane Rita was upgraded to a category 5 hurricane today, September 21st, and the National Hurricane Center is calling it the third most intense hurricane in history (in terms of atmospheric pressure).
Over 1.3 million residents have been evacuated.
Rita Info.com and Project Care.com will be working diligently before, during, and after the hurricane to assist everyone in need and to educate the public about the disaster.
