Well, possibly not if you choose to post on a public forum instead of using the correct channels..
If you have questions why not PM us or email us or post a support ticket on
our site rather than bleat and moan about us here..?
I appreciate this thread is just a slagfest (probably the main reason we dont bother reading it very often) and has a lot of our successful, real, live, iMODO users asking us "what gives".. However, like we tell them, the most vociferous critics in the iMODO thread either dont have any/many domains with us or have some sort of alternate agenda going on, perhaps because of their obvious support of another parking company. I dunno...
Whatever the reason, its an irrelevance to us, iMODO is beginning to look really good.. Massive improvements and additions about to go live and last week was our users best EVER week (astounded us in actual fact) and
site wide we had an average RPC of nearly $1. A reflection of our strict anti fraud and traffic quality measures.
Reference a US feed, this wont happen until
were ready.. Whilst were still making additions and improvements, we dont need a rush of new applications and support tickets swamping our somewhat tenuous support department. iMODO is an adventurous project and we set our stall out to do it properly and grow slowly rather than announce our arrival like the second coming, only to then screw up elsewhere up by not having the infrastructure ready.
If were not performing for you, vote with your feet.. Our business is to partner our real users in a real sense of the word and for the long term. From my own personal (domainers) perspective, I don't understand how you can do business with someone or a company and then run them down in the public gaze.. Maybe thats just my old fashioned view of partnering someone in business.. Or maybe im being naive...
Anyway, thanks to the person that sent me the original question mentioned above, Paypal payments this month could not be sent out using "mass pay" because of an issue we had with paypal.. However they were already very late and so in order to get them paid we did it manually. This wont be the case going forward and we will, as ever, re-imburse any fees associated with this months payment.
