One thing to note, while the IOM is technically British (yet sovereign), it is an english speaking extension, which is always a plus. The downside of this extension is that the IOM only has a population of roughly 80,000 people.

So unless you get premium keywords...

I parked mine right away to sedo, sedo shows it but no page
when I click it. and shows they are still verifying it.
