Hi! I'm new to this whole domain thing. I have 5 domains for sale on various different auction sites. They're all pretty good descriptive domains who's keyword phrases get a great amount of traffic. I'm not having much success on selling them so far, I'm wondering if there was some other tactics I should use, or if anybody on here will be interested in making an offer. I'm a fair business man, & I offer fair prices. I received 6 appraisals per domain, & my prices are based on the average. Actually even less than the average. If anybody has any insight for me, or is interested in making an offer, the domains are:

Here are some tips that I have learned (the hard way) to domain invest by:

1. .com is king so stick to .com domains ONLY!
2. The shorter the domain name the better!
3. Use no more than 2 words in the domain and keep the words short!
4. Use Google Keyword Search Tool to see how popular the phrase in your domain name is before you register it.
5. Sleep on it. If you think you have an awesome domain then think/sleep on it. You may change your mind the next day.
