The name was represented as an enom registry and the seller agreed to PUSH the domain name, I have all the emails about this deal. Your comments show ignorance and are only an attempt to put a positive spin on the whole enom reseller scam.
FACTS the seller agreed to PUSH the name and they didn't
FACTS the seller has bogus info all over their paypal account
FACTS your site banned the person that was scammed
FACTS resellers use enom to bill buyers high rates for renewals
Register Fly and Name Cheap operate as seperate entities and they allow pushes between accounts within each company. A RF account can push to any RF account and an NC account can push to any NC account
The limited account that was set up in that deal (illigit.com) was a blind account with no info as to how to renew a domain or how much it would cost and there was no PUSH capabilities
So the master seller of the account that set up the limited screen for that domain is the company that is the problem
The fact that enom allows them to do it is a major problem
Anyway, the fact your banned someone who was SCAMMED shows how you dealt with it.
You tried to hide it.
You refuse to accept the fact that the seller FAILED to do what they were suppose to do, that being a PUSH.
You're justifying their SCAM and the fact they have false info all over their paypal account.
You punished the buyer for warning others of the SCAM.
You don't tell an experienced domain buyer you will PUSH them an enom name and then set them up with that SCAM account with no power.
SCAM that it was and that's what I'm going to call it in an article.
And I will say it is my opinion that the whole enom reseller thing where resellers can HIDE renewal fees and not allow pushes is a SCAM.

Your uneducated finger is pointing the wrong way. I'd like to see you go to NameCheap or RegisterFly and push a name to your eNom account.
Those are both eNom resellers.
