Reg fee = registration fee
IMO = in my opinion
I agree, right now (IMO) they are valued around $0-$15 on an auction or straight out.
On the flip side (not what you want to hear), I do think the collectbenefits.com domain has some potential and possible future value. Nothing instant or huge, but if a person was to put some time/effort into grooming it towards its target key words it might hold some value. An online community geared towards collecting Medicare/Unemployment/Retirement benefits. Might get a law firm to take notice a few years down the road and a few hundred blogs later related to collecting benefits???
Gunlite.com (to me) is tough and (IMO) limited to only a brand name of a product of the same name. A Google search revels Gunlite 6900. A lighter from the 1970's shaped like a gun that was made in Austria. This one might not go anywhere unless you get really lucky.
IMO neither one of these will do anything parked. Traffic or value.
