There are aound seven (if I am not wrong) IITs in India, which are a standard of quality engineering education across the globe. The world swears by the IITs and IITians. Many many many Silicon Valley startups are by IITians and they undoubtedly get the highest packages (along with IIM graduates, of course!). Starting salaries for IITians go as high as upto 1.2 cr or $ 270k p.a.

Please appraise this domain's value undeveloped and developed as an interactive community for the IITians like iit.in/delhi, iit.in/chennai etc.

Lol, its a good domain and worth high $xxxxx if developed or resold to govt.
But i dont think they get 1.2 cr pa max..maybe 60 lakhs

well, I probably read it somewhere in HT about last years' placements, the average still remains a low 6 lakhs p.a (if only they call it low) :D

Currently, IITs have addresses as www.iitb.ac.in in the AC.IN extensions. Maybe mine can be unoffical (or official ) ones :p he he
