IILegal to use ADULT domain as parking service in U.S?

Recently i notice buydomain moniker afternic are selling or droping all adult domain name. Most of the domain name they owned were used as parking service. So my question is it illegal to use adult domain as parking service, so indirectly you are not selling adult service but using them as parking service in U.S.?

These companies seem to be dropping adult parking and adult domains for some unknown "business" reason. I guess they think it lends more credibility to their business. I don't really think it's a moral issue, because I've rarely seen morals in business practices

But generally speaking, no it's not illegal, unless you purposely try to attract minors to pornographic sites.

I'd be interested hearing from someone inside these companies or in the adult industry. I would guess there are both moral and (probably more importantly) economical considerations on why these companies are shying away from adult domains.

That being said, Moniker just ran a very successful auction co-hosted with Internext. The domain SheMale.com brought in more than a half mil.
