IHITZ.net Ripped me off

I recently bought 10,000 targeted hits at ihitz.net. They claimed to offer 10000 targeted hits in the US. I put a tracker on my site, every hit I got from them was from a different country. Buyer Beware!

from another site I got 1k hits... thats 1000 hits and I noly got 24 uniques...

Buying bulk traffic is almost impossible to work out anymore. Most are from popunders or from multiframed sources. I bought 200K from a handful of services, and most I traced back to proxies and multiframed, although they claimedtobe targeted.
Use Adwords for getting good traffic.

Most of these "hits" places just have a program that downloads your page over and over.
