Unfortunately, appraisals on Flippa aren't too reliable & typically do not reflect the reasonable market value of domains, due to the fact that they're solicited in exchange for credits. As Jahfree mentioned above, if you could perhaps expand upon your idea for the domain, it could give us a better idea. As he also mentioned, it's worth what someone's willing to pay.

On its face, unfortunately for me it doesn't make sense - I'm not familiar with the phrase. Just my personal opinion - best of luck!
