...how would you invest it? What would you buy? Obviously im talking about domain-related stuff.

Invest in some premium .com's? Go for eNom's $7k super re-seller package? Use it to speculate on unregged or lowcost domains? Develop a website?

I would buy a nice easy-to-remember domain for $3k or so, spend a couple hundred on a nice professional design, and a couple hundred on a professionally-coded dynamic website system. Then of course develop it from there on. Any leftover money I'd spend on marketing the site and/or putting it in the bank to gain interest on.

Man, Id go straight and buy umber.com, and Iravan.com then if i had money left, keep transfering them between registras to gain tons of time till expiration!

I would buy the best possible (related) type-in traffic domain names for 2 or possibly 3 of my developed websites.

Extra $10k? I would buy a single domain, the best one I could find for sale. :)

Make that $60k a year. Renewals are full price.

I would spend $5,000 on a finance domain. I would spent another $2000 on 100 articles ($20 each). Another $2000 would go on finance typo domains to bring me a stead flow of traffic (Maybe 20 of them, $100 each). The left over $1000 would be left to pay for developments, logos, scripts, etc. (hire guys from india on freelance sites, the cheapest).

Each mortgage or refinance lead should bring me $500, so I will just need one conversion each month to make over 100% ROI by the end of the year.

If my site can't make a conversion, I would sell my traffic to other sites that can (through Ad Sense or something).

I'd register some new great .com names (I already have some regged and others in mind...) and spend the rest on developing them.
