I was doing regular search today and found two 4 letter .com are available. For one of them, .org has been regged with a german website, for the other one, .biz has been regged without developed site. Do you think I need to reg the .coms for both?

You could, although the marginal value provided by the existence of the .org probably wouldn't help that much (depending on the size of those sites.) Still, decent LLLL.com domains can be solid, small investments in todays market.

You should register the .com its usually worth a lot more than a .org

Agreed.

The 4 letter .org is likely an acronym for an organization. It may not have developeable value in .com, but it may have some traffic value if misstyped enough. Probably depends on the size of the organization.

Thank you guys, I regged both. Even if I cannot make a retail sale to the enduser, the 4 letter .com are sure worth a try in the future at wholesale market.
