Established IEblows.com, Already earning revenue!

Ieblows.com is a new website started only two days ago! The sole purpose of this site is not to bash or tell users of Internet Explorer to stop using it, but to persuade by advising of the advantages the other browsers give!

The change for the site to earn revenue is by using the the Google Adsense referral program where banners or links to download Firefox with the Google Toolbar can be placed instead of regular contextual adverts.

The site has earned $2.82 on its first day (proof blow) and that is through visitors coming from my threads about the site on other forums and from the digg article.

This site has real potential and what i have done with it is only the start of it. The reason i am selling is that i have no real use for this site other than it being in my portfolio and the turnover from it, however i do not have the time to generate the traffic for the site to get it fully established. I could keep to running without any further effort from me however with the amount of effort i have put into the site so far i would like to see it continued with or without me.

Hosting information:
Unfortunately as this site is new i have not had time to purchase hosting for it, i am current hosting it with my current site http://3bigtrees.com so it will be down to you to arrange hosting. Hosting does not come as part of this sake. All required files will be sent to you after payment has been received.

Traffic Information:

Please not this is around 36 hours of the site being released with no real advertising of the site.

Layout information:
The unique, lightweight layout was created by me and is 100% XHTML 1.0 Transitional Valid as seen here: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://ieblows.com
The entire website is a mere 120kb with currently no more than about 84kb being loaded at once.

These files will be sent to you via an email specified by you after payment has been received along with any other information required (such as the myspace* account login).

* The original idea to use myspace consisted of creating an 'ie blows' group which would become slowly more popular as more people joined. This could generate a huge amount of traffic for the site if done correctly however i never started it. (the group has not yet been created).

Why add a reserve? Why not just put your starting bid at your reserve price? It's like saying "I'm going to sell this site with bids starting at $15!! But, you can't actually buy it unless your bid is over $40 dollars."

I posted this in a bit of a hurry L3ET, i did not think about the reserve at first. I did not want to go back and edit the main post after bids had been received as that would leave me open to people saying i had changed other details. It is not worth the hassle when i could simply add it in the next post.

End date is Christmas Day, 25th December unless BIN received or i choose to end early.

Hi Richy,

The site is not currently making any significant money as it has been created, and put up for auction without any promotion. Having said that yesterday it made $0.41 which is a total of $3.24 since launch.
