IE browser problem, help!

HI,

Im having problems with my internet explorer. I cant login into my hotmail account. When I use netscape I can.
I have no idea whats wrong.

Anyway, when I go to my website http://Survey-Pay.com/order.html
the order page and click order it takes you to paypal screen to pay.

When I use internet explorer the paypal screen does not work. Whe I use netscape browser it does work.

Can you guys go to my website with internet explorer browser and see if the paypal works? You dont have to buy, just see if it goes to paypal screen.
So I know that it works.

Yes, it took me to payment screen using IE 6.

iam think this will work,
go to internetexplorer properties->jump to privacy tab and select "accept all cookies"
and make sure u dont have a proxy :p

yes, beside that, delete all cookies and temparory internet files.
