Moderators. Did this quick before I forget to post later . I was driving around NYC and it dawned on me. For brand new developments where they tore down two buildings they have bought to turn into one building like say
171 main and 173 main they even advertise the dev as 171-174 main
I was thinking why now a url at 171173.com?
Then I thought how many situations like this happen daily?
The dev usually just picks one address and names the building that number + street name.
Which is good too but 171173 looks ok to.
So could be a good way to sell numerics?
The pattern would be 3 numbers that are consecutive values either odd or even numbers.
171173
167169
124126
136138
Also for addresses in NYC since we have east and west scenarios like
324 east 93rd St
Where I've seen devs use something like 324e94.com
Or
543w35.com
Why not 32494.com or 54335.com?
Or for the 6N options.
324w125.com
Instead 324125.com
Of course I doubt any developer would ever go that high uptown to develop luxury high rises (maybe).
What do you think?
