Idea for Developed Sites for Sale forum

Hello,

I believe that alot of people posts site for sale in the Developed Sites for Sale forum without including important information such as Site age, revenue, traffic details, etc.

Maybe we should have something similar to what SitePoint does :D At SitePoint, when you want to sell a developed website you are taken to a form requesting information about Site age and all the info about your developed site although it costs $10 :D

I think that more people would make offers on developed sites if they had all this information and it would also make the Developed Sites for Sale more organized :imho: It would definitely save people the hassle from PM'ing and/or replying to get this sort of information..

Anyone care to expand on this idea? What do you guys think? :D

I like the idea a lot. The SitePoint system is very effecient IMO and could be somewhat easily implemented here as well.

I don't think he meant paying to post a site for sale, but rather the format of posting.

Yeah :D sorry for misleading you :D noone will need to pay anything We are just trying to think of a better way to organize the sites being sold in the Developed Sites for Sale forum

A search function - Price Range, Revennue, Traffic, and stuff like that.

A search function would be pretty cool.. maybe the sites would be in categories, etc.. so that that it would be easy to find the type of site that is within your interest
