Developed Sites For Sale forum not shown to search engines?

How come the Developed Sites For Sale forum is not shown to search engines and/or guests?

Some webmasters don't like to make public the fact that their site is for sale, or that it recently changed ownership. Its just kept private for those reasons, similar to why you don't see "Business For Sale" signs on local businesses.
