all about that price range!
I'm not an appraiser, but I think it's worth much more than that!

I say you talked with a buyer, try to sell him. But not for $1000 unless you are in a big hurry to get the money. If possible try to talk on the phone or meet in person, that will give you a better feel who you are dealing with. Let him quote a price. Negociate.
