I'm thinking it would be good for a programmer, programming community, forum or even an elance type site.

Worth anything over the reg. fee - developed or undeveloped ?

$75 - $122.50+ (wholesale and undeveloped), IMHO.
Not a big fan of the "i" prefix in general ... but this one looks pretty smooth, relevant, and ".COM".
