I thought with the way the economy is these days this would be a good domain to have. I was thinking of maybe developing it into a directory of online stores that offer products at low cost or maybe even a price war type of site.

Any thoughts on this domain, developed and undeveloped, is appreciated.

I am not an experienced appraiser, but as far as development, one thing you could do is utilize data feeds from misc affiliate programs and create a custom search that finds the lowest price on searched items. I know that link share and google's affiliate programs both offer merchant data feeds which would allow you to do that.
