Not tryna be rude, but just because you like it, doesn't mean someone else will.

There are plenty of "cool" domains out there that will never sell for more than reg value.

Not sure what you could use this domain for? Do you?

What comes to mind is staying in an ice hotel. They have these unique experiences dotted around, like in Sweden / Iceland (so awesome). Maybe some form of agency / booking thing, with regards to its purpose

Take offers, but I don't consider the value to be lucrative. Its a niche buy, requiring a very specific buyer. IMO

Buy domains that already have clear end users.

Buying domains because they sound "cute" is not a great business model.

List it on the major marketplaces, or alternatively hunt down an "ice hotel business" that appreciates the domain...one form of outbound. Not sure how successful you'll be with the latter...in all honesty I wouldn't bother. Best of luck
